NO RESTOCKING FEES!
That's right, we do not charge restocking fees for returns!
returns are subject to a 3% processing fee based on the price of the
item before shipping charges. This processing fee is necessary due to credit
card/Paypal fees that we must pay, as well as our cost to process the order.
So in short, any time an order is returned that is not defective or sent in error, there will be a 3% processing fee deduction from the price of the item(s) before shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable and item(s) purchased with free shipping will be charged the cost of shipping/processing that we paid.
Cancellations prior to shipping- If an order is placed and cancellation is requested prior to shipping, we may be able to cancel the order depending on what was ordered. Email us to check. These cancellations will be charged the 3% processing fee.
Car Covers, bras, shift boots, and seat covers-
Once ordered your card will be charged. These covers are custom made
and take about 2 weeks sometimes for delivery. Once you place the order
and it goes into production we will not be able to cancel the order. No
exceptions! If item is damaged we will have another made for you. There
will be no returns after the item has shipped (unless damaged or wrong
item sent). These are custom made for your vehicle. We will not accept
returns on them. Ask questions prior to purchasing to avoid any
problems. Coverking covers are under a different return policy. See listings for specifics.
All custom orders (mods included) will take additional time to complete. If you place a custom order which takes us additional time to modify/paint and ship, a 3% processing fee will be assessed for cancelling the order.
Wheels-Wheels damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Pictures will be required. Once you mount a wheel and/or tire to the wheel they will NOT be returned as we don't know if the damage was caused by driving on the wheel. You must have your wheels checked for roundness and balancing before mounting tires. Any damage to the wheels must be reported before mounting tires. We are not responsible for damage after wheels are mounted. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Proper care of the wheels is mandatory. Do not use harsh cleaners. This will void the warranty. The barrels of the wheels are not included in any warranty. To avoid damage to the barrels we suggest applying a high temp clear/paint to the barrels. Wheels that have been mounted on tires can not be returned for any reason. No exceptions!!!
HIDS and LEDS- These carry the specified warranty on each product page. Troubleshooting by our techs is required and approval is based on our decision for replacement. Any damaged components will be replaced and not refunded. All parts must be sent back to JWM at the customer's expense. Replacements sent under warranty are shipped back for no charge to the customer. If the original product is discontinued, a substitute or store credit will be offered. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase. Returns for these within our 30 day period are usually excluded from restocking fees. Contact us for further.
Headers and exhaust
Once installation is complete or attempted these items are not allowed to be returned.
Splitter, skirts, other body parts- If these are damaged in transit, please email us with pictures of parts and packaging. We will work to get damaged products replaced at no expense to you. Any returns are subject to 3% fees, and original shipping charges we paid to get the product to you. We are not responsible for shipping the parts back to us. We are not responsible for any installation charges.
Damaged Products- No damaged products of any kind will be accepted for a return. Items must be in the same new condition as we sent them in. If an item is damaged in transit, we must be notified within 4 business days of receipt to file a claim and arrange for replacement(s).
If a damaged product is sent in, we will notify the customer and request arrangements be made to have the item shipped back. Again, we do not accept damaged products back.
Emblems and overlays- Once the package is open or the letters have been removed from the backing no returns are accepted. These are considered used at this point and we can't sell them as new.
Products ordered with free shipping- We offer many items with free shipping to you our customer. This shipping is not actually free on our end. In the unlikely event of a return, actual shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund. This is for returns. Items that were damaged or not in good condition will be handled on a case by case basis and usually excluded from this rule.
Installation charges- We do not pay for installation charges for any reason. Most of our products are designed and sold for the DIYer. Professional installation is not the responsibility of JWM.
Tuning Kits- We do not accept returns on tuning kits that have been opened and/or used.
Used products- We
do not accept returns on products that have been used or installed. The
only exception to this is our plug n play interior leds, reverse leds,
and turn signal leds. Anything else will not be accepted back for
refunds. If there is a warranty on these products, they will be repaired
or replaced only.
JWM Warranty- All warranties offered by JWM or partners is for original buyer only.
All returns must
be approved by us and must be arranged within 30 days of purchase. Items
sent back without approval or after the 30 day period will not be
refunded or shipped back (unless you arrange to pay for shipping
charges). Shipping charges are never refunded on any item(s) returned.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Our directions and pictures are not to be used on other websites, or included with orders without written consent from JWM.
